After completing over 30 research studies and working with hundreds of thousands of patients and students, we have developed the Resilient Living Program to help you better lift the life's load.
This program is customized for people with chronic health conditions, caregivers, and for those having high levels of stress.
While your stressors may not disappear tomorrow, the program skills will help you better handle the challenges - by increasing your resilience, wellbeing, mindfulness, and happiness, and decreasing stress and anxiety. The program also improves positive health behaviors - empowering you to better resist, recover, and rise despite ongoing challenges.
