Suggested practice - Think of your unique strengths and note them in your journal.
Just as trees grow their branches toward the sun, spend more time with the people who are your source of light.
Suggested practice - What’s special about the people who are the source of love and light in your life?
Your heart first serves blood to itself, to serve the body. Be kind to yourself to be kind to others.
Suggested practice - Note different ways you can be kind to yourself today.
Think of what made you happy before you got busy with life. It’ll give you an idea of how to be happy again.
Suggested practice - Try and recall a few simple things that made you happy as a child.
Although shoveling doesn’t melt the snow, it pushes the snow to the side. Some problems that can't be cured today are best brushed aside, to keep moving forward.
Suggested practice - Think of the problems you can push aside for now so you can live your day lifting only the next hour’s load.
